Anneke D'Hollander graduated from Ghent’s KASK in 2018. She is a versatile photographer with a sharp eye for the stories behind her subjects' connections to their surroundings. Her work combines documentary storytelling and a cinematic aesthetic. In 2022 she published Dell City, a book of photographs depicting life in Dell City, Texas that explores themes of isolation and community. In addition to her independent projects, she has also built up a strong reputation as a portrait photographer and has worked for the Belgian magazine Focus Knack, among others.
